Identity

Basic identity for the framework. The id is a permanent slug and is locked when editing an existing framework.

Levels

Age/level bands. band maps to the young / middle / older stem keys used by competency foci. defaultLevel must be one of these level ids.

Competencies

At least 2. Each needs a valid color, ≥1 focus (with young/middle/older stems), and a 5-cell rubric row.

Default selection

2–4 competency + focus pairs pre-selected for new lessons. Focus options depend on the chosen competency.
