Certification runs an OECD-alignment readiness check on the saved plan. A plan that clears every required check can be published to the shared library; partial plans can be submitted for review.

You won't juggle every skill at once. Each phase surfaces the 1–2 competency moves it emphasises, with an age-sized scaffold and a tutor hint. Collaborative lessons add simulated teammates. Self-rate each competency at the end.
